Particularly, the Law stipulates:
stimulating projects of cooperation and unification of territorial communities by providing the respective bodies of local self-government with state support at the expense of funds of the state regional development fund;
securing a full scale flow of revenues from local taxes and levies to the budgets of local self-government;
resolving problematic issues of financing delegated authorities of local self-government bodies of towns of regional significance, townships and villages for the transitional period, until efficient communities are formed by means of their unification.
